The first sign-up window will open until January 27th. After that, any incoming questionnaire will go to the waiting pool.
We don’t follow “a first come, first served” procedure. Instead, the selection will be done according to your questionnaire responses.
Selected participants will be contacted at the beginning of February and given the information with the account information for the contribution.
The contribution for a larp position is 95 euro and includes lodging but not food (since we play in the city and each participant is free to find the one that best fits them). Taking part in the larp but sleeping at your own place is possible, but you need to discuss it with the organizer first.
We will still provide you with restaurant and cafeteria recommendations stating different prices.
We will not be able to make any refund unless we find a replacement player for a given position. In that case, we will refund everything except the signal of 35€. However, if we are notified with less than thirty days before the start of the larp, we will not be able to make any refunds. A complete refund will only be possible in case of event cancellation or special situations.
